How we handle personal data when you visit this website or contact us.
1. Controller
Memeti Solutions, a sole proprietorship owned by Nur Memeti, Rorschacherstrasse 159, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland. For privacy questions and requests concerning your rights, use the contact form at https://memetisolutions.ch/en/contact or write to the business address.
2. Website and hosting
This website runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare, Inc., United States, processes connection information needed to serve the site, such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages and browser or device information. This supports delivery, availability and protection against attacks. The website application does not maintain its own visitor database or log form contents. Cloudflare may process its own technical logs for operation and security under its service terms.
3. Contact form
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, selected topic and message to respond and discuss possible services. Company, phone number, contact preference, timeline and project requirements are optional; a phone number is needed for a callback. Cloudflare Email Service sends the message to a Gmail inbox managed by Nur Memeti. Google therefore processes the message content and associated email data. The website has no additional contact database. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information through this form.
4. Abuse prevention
Hidden form fields, timing checks and rate limiting protect the form from automated requests. A regularly changing identifier protected with a secret key is derived from the connection address and processed by Cloudflare for rate limiting. The identifier does not contain a directly readable IP address. It is pseudonymised and is not used for advertising or visitor profiles. As the hosting provider, Cloudflare still receives the IP address necessary for the connection.
5. Cookies, local storage and analytics
Matomo and other analytics or advertising trackers are not currently enabled on this website. No analytics requests are sent and no session recordings or heatmaps are created. If you use Privacy settings in the footer, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. You can change it there or clear browser storage. Before analytics is enabled in future, this notice will be updated and any required consent obtained.
6. Recipients and processing abroad
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security and message delivery, and Google Gmail to handle email. Personal data may therefore be processed outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States. Cloudflare and Google describe their international transfers and transfer mechanisms in their privacy information. Both providers refer to the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework; additional contractual mechanisms may apply depending on the transfer. Provider information is linked below. We do not sell personal data for advertising.
7. Retention
Non-contractual contact inquiries that do not result in an engagement are deleted from the active mailbox no later than twelve months after the inquiry is closed. If a business relationship results, necessary records are retained to manage it and meet legal obligations. Business records subject to statutory retention are kept for the applicable legal periods. The owner handles deletion from the mailbox; the website does not automatically delete messages held by email providers. Providers may retain technical backups under their own deletion procedures.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable data protection law, you may in particular request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data and deletion of data no longer needed. Further rights, including data delivery, objection or withdrawal of consent, apply where their legal conditions are met. Contact Nur Memeti through the form or by post. Reasonable identity verification may be required. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
9. Version
