From an initial inquiry to an individual proposal and a clearly agreed engagement.
1. Initial inquiry
A message through the contact form is a non-binding inquiry. It does not place an order or create a payment obligation. We first discuss your needs and whether and how Memeti Solutions can help.
2. Individual proposal
Services, objectives, scope, timing and fees are set out in an individual proposal or agreement for each engagement. Where relevant, this also covers taxes, expenses, payment terms, usage rights, confidentiality, cancellations and termination.
3. Agreement before work begins
An engagement starts only after mutual agreement. Additional work and material changes to scope or timing are agreed separately. This website does not impose general terms and conditions.
4. Data and materials
For an initial inquiry, please share only the information needed to discuss your request. Handling confidential materials, access credentials and personal data is agreed for each project as necessary. Our privacy notice explains how initial inquiries are handled.
