Start with the problem, then choose a tool
A useful AI workshop begins with a specific task. Which recurring activity takes time? Where does a team need to review information or prepare first drafts? A focused question makes it easier to evaluate an application's value.
Use appropriate data
Synthetic examples or explicitly approved content are suitable for initial exercises. Personal data and business secrets should not enter external tools without review. Clarify providers, processing locations and contractual terms before use.
Check the output
Language models can write convincingly while making mistakes. Expert review remains necessary. A workshop should produce both a draft and a simple checklist: What is correct? What is missing? Who approves the result?
Agree on a next step
A manageable pilot has a defined task, an owner and clear quality criteria. Its results provide a basis for deciding whether wider adoption makes sense.
